We warmly welcome you to this beautiful terraced house in Timmendorfer Strand, just 400 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The town center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. There you will find various restaurants and cafes as well as good shopping opportunities.
The 2-storey house with a converted attic has a spacious living room and 2 separate bedrooms with a total size of about 80 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa area, a large flat-screen TV and a stereo system.
The open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a dining counter complete the living area. From the living room you have direct access to the inviting terrace with garden.
There is also a small guest toilet on the ground floor.
A staircase leads to the upper floor. There you will find the 1st bedroom with a large double bed (180x200cm) and direct access to the bathroom. This has a bathtub and shower as well as two sinks.
A narrow, open, space-saving staircase from the first bedroom leads to the attic, where the second open bedroom with a double bed is located.
A parking space is reserved for you at the house.
A WiFi connection is available (no replacement/reimbursement in the event of failure or malfunction).
