Apartment De Blaauboer is near to the tennis court of Egmond aan Zee.

The beach is just 100m and the dunes are 50m away.

The terrace is at the south side and furnished with garden chairs, a sunshade and a grill.

From morning till evening you can sit in the sun, with a nice view over the tennis court.

The cosy living room is furnished with a couch, TV, DVD, a stereo with CD, family games and an information map about the village Egmond aan Zee.

In the kitchen you find a dishwasher, a fridge, a gas cooking, a coffee machine, a water heater, a toaster and amicrowave.

The bedroom has two single beds and a closet.

The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and washbasin.

Holiday destination

The holiday apartment is at the north-side of the village, just 100m from the beach, the sea and the dunes - just across the street.

It is just 5 minutes to walk to the citycenter.

The center of the village is very nice with lots of shops, restaurants and (heatet) terraces.

Egmond aan Zee is laying at the incredible North-sea with his lovely beaches.

In summer there are a lot of activities; On Wednesday is a evening market an on Thursday in the morning there is a weekly-market.

You can
climb the light tower and every Sunday is a music party at the plaza.

Im Zentrum von Egmond aan Zee ist parken nicht gestattet.
Wir bitten sie das Haus und die Terrasse sauber zu hinterlassen. Achten sie bitte auf Folgendes:
• Nehmen Sie die Bettwäsche vom Bett und legen sie es auf einen Stapel im Schlafzimmer.
• Sorgen Sie dafür, dass der Gasherd und das Küchenblatt sauber sind.
• Staubsaugen des Wohnzimmers, Schlafzimmers, der Küche und des Flures.
• Kühlschrank leer machen; auch eventuelle andere Resten mitnehmen oder wegwerfen.
• Werfen Sie ihren Müll in einen der beiden grauen Mülleimer .
Wenn Sie das Haus nicht ordnungsgemäß hinterlassen, werden wir 50,- Euro Extrakosten berechnen.
Sie werden gebeten, das Haus am Abreisetag bis 10.00 Uhr zu verlassen.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung und sehr nette Vermieterin

Die Wohnung liegt nur 100 Meter vom Strand, Von der Terrasse hatte man einen Blick über den Tennisplatz, der 3 Meter tiefer lag und nur leicht frequentiert war.
Für die Terrasse waren auch zwei Sonnenschirme vorhanden.
Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, das Bad neu renoviert und Marion unsere Vermieterin konnte uns stets bei allen Fragen weiterhelfen.
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Strandspaziergänge und Radtouren.

Das kleine Häuschen von Frau Blaauboer ist super schön , gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen und sie war bei Fragen für uns da und immer nett. Sehr bequeme Betten.
Es fehlte an Nichts und jeder Raum ist geschmackvoll dekoriert.
Gute Lage, sehr nahe am Strand und Ort.

Von der Terrasse aus, schaut man direkt auf die Tennisanlage.
Gemütliche Gartenmöbel laden zum Entspannen ein .
Und das schönste, den ganzen Tag kann man die Sonne genießen .
Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher unterstellen.
Wir können die Unterkunft von Frau Blaauboer nur empfehlen .

Auch für Radfahrer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt in die Umgebung durch die
gut ausgebauten Radwege . Sehr zu empfehlen eine Tour nach Bergen an Zee.

Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder in das Häuschen am Meer !!!!
