The unique location offers a view of the entire panorama of the bay, the sea, the beautiful sandy beach of Porto Giunco (Timi Ama) and the Sardinian mountains.
The directly adjacent nature reserve and the approx. 130 m distant salt water lake represent an ideal habitat for rare animals (e.g. flamingos), which can often be observed from the villa. On the other side of the headland is the marina.
Villasimius, about 3 km away, has a city center with numerous shops, supermarkets, bakeries, very good restaurants, discos and bars.
The approximately 700 m away, extremely clean sandy beach of about 1 km long and 250 m wide is ideal for families with children and for water sports enthusiasts.
The entire area is particularly suitable for boat and diving tours, surfing, walks, hikes or day trips e.g. to the mountains.
There is a marina at a distance of 1 km.
Sardinia's capital, Cagliari, has an airport and seaport and is around 55 minutes away.

The Villa Torre stands on an approx. 2800 sqm pacified property with approx. 90 sqm living space.
The property is surrounded by a well-kept garden and has two property entrances. The covered outdoor terraces are furnished and protected from wind and sun.
Access to the spacious, private roof terrace is via the spiral staircase through the tower. A brick outdoor grill and an outdoor shower are available to guests.

Das Haus hat alles zu bieten was man braucht- Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas älter aber uns hat das nicht gestört und trägt auch zum Charme des Hauses bei.
Der Weg zum Strand war für unsere Tochter fast zu weit, da man nicht direkt am See entlang laufen kann aber wir haben es gemeistert. Der Strand und das Meer sind ein Traum.
Raffaele, der Verwalter war immer sehr hilfsbereit und da wenn man ihn gebraucht hat. Das einzige was wirklich sehr störend war, war die unglaublich laute Musik vom Hotel. Die fangen spät an und es ging teilweise bis nachts um 2 Uhr.
Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder:)

Die Lage der Villa und die Villa selber sind wirklich einzigartig. Man kann tatsächlich vom Haus aus die Flamingos in der Lagune beobachten, direkt vor dem Haus geht auch ein kleiner kurzer Weg zur Lagune. Zu Fuß ist man schnell (10-15 Minuten) rechts oder links um die Lagune herum am Strand. Im nahen Umkreis sind unzählige weitere wunderschöne Strände.
Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, die Ausstattung ist vollständig, sauber, zweckmäßig und gut erhalten. Der Verwalter ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Er hat uns sogar zusätzliche Decken sowie eine kleine Heizung gebracht (die Heizkörper auf den Bildern wurden wohl abmontiert). So konnten wir auch die zwischendrin kühleren Tage im April ohne Einschränkung genießen.
