The comfortable, well-maintained apartment - group house is located in a free, sunny position on the edge of Flirsch with a beautiful view over the valley. Since the ski and hiking bus stops right at the house, it is an ideal starting point for the famous ski paradise at Arlberg. 14 tasteful apartments/rooms each with shower/WC, TV, Wi-Fi are offered. In addition, there are 5 kitchens and 5 lounges of different sizes up to 40 people, with a Swedish stove. The free ski bus stops about every 15 minutes right at the house, and it's only about 9km to the entrance of the ski circus. Own ski and shoe depot directly at the valley station in St. Anton. The rooms are cleaned once by the staff. Year-round access, ample parking spaces. The tasteful furnishings, quality and cleanliness of the house, the friendliness of the homeowners, and the very good price/performance ratio have always been praised. Short convenient arrival and train connection.

The Arlberg region offers an extensive range of sports, leisure, and entertainment options. Particularly popular are via ferratas, ski touring, or curling.
Only about 300m to the beginner's lift/ski school in Flirsch and the 15km long Stanzerloipe is also easily accessible. The large leisure center with indoor pool/wellness is only about 4km away. All supply facilities are available in the village.
In the snow-sure Arlberg area, with 88 lifts, there are 306km of slopes of all difficulty levels up to 2,811m. There is also a large network of cross-country ski trails and winter hiking paths, toboggan runs, snowshoeing, and ice skating. Apres ski and nightlife in abundance for every taste.
Quick access via the Inntalautobahn – Landeck – Flirsch or Fernpass – Landeck – Flirsch or coming from the west via Bregenz – Arlberg Tunnel or Arlberg Pass – St. Anton – Flirsch.
