Cancellation policy
The group may cancel their accommodation booking at any time before the start of the trip. A cancellation of the accommodation booking must be made in writing and becomes effective on the date of the postmark. If a group cancels wholly or partly for reasons that are not the fault of the TRAVEL SERVICE, cancellation fees may be charged. The basis for calculation is the minimum occupancy costs evident from the accommodation booking.
Up to 30 weeks before the start of the rental 10%.
Up to 24 weeks before the start of the rental 30%.
Up to 16 weeks before the start of the rental 50%.
Up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental 70%.
Up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental 80%.
For later cancellation 100% of the occupancy costs.
If the group provides an equivalent replacement group, only a €50 processing fee will be incurred.

Other recreational opportunities
The Arlberg region offers an extensive range of sports, leisure, and entertainment options. Particularly popular are via ferratas, ski touring, or curling.
Holiday destination
Only about 300m to the beginner's lift/ski school in Flirsch and the 15km long Stanzerloipe is also easily accessible. The large leisure center with indoor pool/wellness is only about 4km away. All supply facilities are available in the village.
In the snow-sure Arlberg area, with 88 lifts, there are 306km of slopes of all difficulty levels up to 2,811m. There is also a large network of cross-country ski trails and winter hiking paths, toboggan runs, snowshoeing, and ice skating. Apres ski and nightlife in abundance for every taste.
Getting there
Quick access via the Inntalautobahn – Landeck – Flirsch or Fernpass – Landeck – Flirsch or coming from the west via Bregenz – Arlberg Tunnel or Arlberg Pass – St. Anton – Flirsch.
