This luxurious Danish cottage with sauna is located in a cottage area near a nature area not far from the beach and the small marina in Wackerballig. The house is built and brightly decorated in a modern style. The wood stove provides a nice warmth on cold days and in summer the terrace invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. The bathroom contains a sauna with room for 4 people, where you can relax and relax your muscles after a day in nature. The house also has a stereo with CD player, as well as a color TV with satellite receiver. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room also has a double sofa bed. The house also has a kayak, which can be used for small trips in the bay (used at the tenant's own risk / insurance). The house was renovated in 2015 with new vinyl floors and was painted inside and out. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
