This great holiday home is a flat in Ellös on the west side of the island of Tjörn. It offers a magnificent view of the sea and the marina. The flat is on the second floor and only 100 metres from an excellent child-friendly beach, which also is handicap-friendly. Here you will find a beautiful sandy beach, a dock, a trampoline, a playground and a beach-volley net. Beside the beach there's a bank and a restaurant. On the opposite side there is a post office and a café. In the town of Ellös you will find restaurants and a SPA. no longer access to dryer The flat is tastefully decorated and features a delightful, wooden balcony which you share with holiday home 60543. Your part of the balcony can be screened off for privacy. The kitchen has a little dining area and also features a dishwasher. In the bathroom you will find a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and in the living room you will find an extra double bed (a sofa bed). The flat is in excellent shape. Free internet access 60 Mb/s. There are plenty of sights in the area. Take the car ferry to Malö and Flatön, beautiful islands where you can rent a kayak and explore the place. The island of Orust offers a variety of activities, such as kayaking, diving, fishing, golfing, and swimming. Tjörn and Orust offer many charming seaside towns such as Klädesholmen, Kyreksund, Hälleviksstrand och Mollösund, lovely places to visit. Sundsby Säteri offers beautiful walking paths and caves to explore. It also offers a bakery and a coffee shop.The city of Gothenburg is 75 kilometres away. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
