In our holiday house (approx. 270m² over 3 floors) up to 25 persons find a comfortable place for a relaxed stay in the Zillertal. An ideal destination for self-catering guests, whether you are staying in a double, triple or four-bed room (10 rooms).
On the ground floor there is a cosy lounge with dining areas, bar, as well as a gastronomy kitchen.
Some of the rooms are equipped with showers. Toilet on every floor. Windows with a great view of the entire Zillertal mountain landscape. Different rooms with different styles and furnishings.
You can relax especially well on the sun terrace with large private garden of the house! Ideal for children!

The Zillertal has a lot to offer all year round. Visit the Adventure Dairy, the Zillertal-Therme, Uderns Golf Course, the newly built Spruce Castle on the Rosenalm for children, or other constantly changing events.

You can reach us by car: via the motorway - exit Zillertal - Zillertalbundesstraße B169 to Zell am Ziller (21km) - Gerlos Bundesstraße B165 - after approx. 900 metres turn onto Gerlosber Straße, continue towards Rohrberg approx. 2 km to the Grindlalm!

With us it is standard to make a deposit of EUR 500.
Our cottage cannot be cancelled free of charge, in case of cancellation you will be charged the following costs:
-up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee (except deposit for non rental)
-3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the tour price
-1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 %.
and in the last week we have to charge 90 % of the tour price.
