Cancellation policy
With us it is standard to make a deposit of EUR 500.
Our cottage cannot be cancelled free of charge, in case of cancellation you will be charged the following costs:
-up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee (except deposit for non rental)
-3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the tour price
-1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 %.
and in the last week we have to charge 90 % of the tour price.

Getting there
You can reach us by car: via the motorway - exit Zillertal - Zillertalbundesstraße B169 to Zell am Ziller (21km) - Gerlos Bundesstraße B165 - after approx. 900 metres turn onto Gerlosber Straße, continue towards Rohrberg approx. 2 km to the Grindlalm!
