Close the beach, this is a luxurious 5-bedroom villa in Barchi. You have a private swimming pool surrounded by a decked terrace to enjoy here. It is perfect for a break from the traffic and stress of daily life with up to 10 people, be it a family or a group.

The villa rests at a walking distance from the restaurants and public transport. To buy groceries, you have to go 3 km. You can visit the Cattolica beach with its nice beach bars, to enjoy music, good food, and the sea. For cultural exploration, the cities of Urbino at 16 km and Pesaro at 23 km are well worth a visit.

Wir haben mit sechs Personen einen tollen Urlaub erlebt, obwohl es im Mai sehr verregnet war. Das Haus ist so groß und mit einer guten Atmosphäre, dass alle immer ihren Platz gefunden haben. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad mit Toilette. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit großen Betten. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Vermieter. Insgesamt eine sehr großzügiges und wunderschönes Ferienhaus für bis zu neun Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
