Cancellation policy
A cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the trip. It must always be made in writing (by registered mail).
The decisive factor for the cancellation date is the receipt of the cancellation statement by us.
Cancellation statements are accepted by the holiday home agent on behalf of the homeowner.
Depending on the time of the cancellation statement, the following standardized cancellation fees will be charged to the tenant.
Up to 90 days before the rental start: 25% of the total price. 89 to 75 days before the rental start: 30% of the total price.
74 to 45 days before the rental start: 50% of the total price. 44 to 30 days before the rental start: 80% of the total price.
If the cancellation is made later than 30 days before the start of the rental, 90% of the total price is due, unless the rental property can be re-let for the same period at the same price. In this case, only the amount of 10% of the total price is due, unless the tenant provides a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the stated conditions.
If changes regarding the rental property or rental period are made after the booking, we are entitled to charge a processing fee of 60 euros. Unfortunately, rebooking for the following season is not possible.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located outside the town of Cléder in the district of Kerfissien, only about 350 m from the sea and the old customs path (hiking trail G 34). In front of the house, you have a beautifully landscaped natural park. A romantic stream flows right in front of the property. Ideal for people who like to enjoy.

Wir sind gut angekommen!
Wir haben noch NIE eine Unterkunft gesehen, die so toll ausgestattet ist!
Ansonsten super sauber und alles wie neu. Hübscher Garten! Alles bestens!
Viele Dank für die Empfehlung.
Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett.
Die Fotos im Internet werden dem Haus und dem Garten überhaupt nicht gerecht.
Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit Stromausfall, aber der Vermieter hat sich sofort gekümmert.
