Several golf courses, the water park 'Sun Splash', 9 tennis sand-courts and supermarkets, e.g. Publix and Walmart, are 10 minutes away. Fort Myers has shopping malls and the beautiful beaches of Pine Island or Fort Myers Beach can be reached within 30 minutes. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, but also near the Pine Island Road that leads to Sanibel Island, and the Veterans Parkway to Fort Myers.

Die Villa Westside ist mit Abstand das schönste Ferienhaus, das wir in Cape Coral jemals hatten! Großzügig, extrem sauber (keine Ameisen oder sonstigen tropischen Bewohner im Haus), stylish und trotzdem gemütlich mit einem wunderbaren Infinitypool und allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann! Noch dazu ein herzlicher Kontakt von Anfang an durch die Vermieter und später durch die Hausverwaltung - hier stimmt einfach alles und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Es gibt nicht viel zu sagen, einfach alles Klasse! Sehr netten Kontakt mit Fr. Kessler. Es wird sich sehr bemüht und auf den Gast eingegangen. Kurz: Wir werden wieder kommen!!!
