Because of the knowing about the lots of snow in the years before. Finsterau get the place where the world-cup-meetings of the cross country skiers. Ein herzliches Willkommen erwartete uns bei Anreise ; das war schon ein gutes Zeichen. Die Fewo ist komplett ausgestattet, ist blitzeblank sauber und hat eine fabelhafte Lage. Sie ist geraümig und die Ruhe sichert einen guten Schlaf ( ist wichtig wenn man in Urlaub ist). Wir werden diese Fewo sicher weiter empfehlen!

Wir haben uns leider nicht wohl gefühlt

Als wir ankamen, roch es in der Wohnung unangenehm nach Thunfisch (?). Das Sofa war mit Decken abgedeckt und überall wurden Lederfetzen hingelegt, vermutlich sollten wir nichts verschmutzen. Auf dem Couchtisch lag eine durchsichtige Abdeckfolie. Der Esstisch war mit einem weißen Bettlaken überzogen, darüber war eine Tischdecke gelegt und gekrönt wurde das Ganze wieder mit einer Abdeckfolie. Selbstverständlich wurden auch die Stühle mit orangen Hussen überzogen. Ausstattung insgesamt zusammen gewürfelt. Betten durchgelegen und das Bettzeug hat seine besten Zeiten längst hinter sich. Wohlfühlen sieht anders aus! Dennoch war die Wohnung sauber und der Garten ist für Kinder sehr schön.

wir bedauern es sehr, Ihre Ansprüche an einen angenehmen Urlaubsaufenthalt nicht vollständig gerecht geworden zu sein. Die Wünsche unserer Gäste sind uns ein Herzensanliegen und so konnten wir unsere Ferienwohnung immer wieder verbessern. Leider haben Sie uns erst kurz vor Abreise Ihre Anmerkungen hinsichtlich der Schonbezüge kundgetan und so konnten wir Ihre Anregungen leider nicht mehr umsetzen und auf Ihre Wünsche eingehen. Um allen Gästen die Ferienwohnung einen sauberen und hygienischen Standard anbieten zu können, haben wir waschbare Auflagen auf den Sitzmöbeln, die je nach Notwendigkeit von den Gästen entfernt oder zusätzlich aufgelegt werden können. Dies hätten wir Ihnen gerne bei einem kurzen Hinweis Ihrerseits erläutert und so Ihren Aufenthalt zu Ihrer vollsten Zufriedenheit gestalten können. Aufgrund der zeitnahen Ab- und Anreise hat das Durchlüften der Wohnung nur verkürzt stattfinden können, da die vorherigen Gäste (Familie mit kleinen Kindern) unvorhergesehen erst verspätet abgereist sind.
Wir hoffen, Ihnen auf diesem Weg aufzeigen zu können, wie wichtig uns Ihre Anmerkungen sind und hoffen zudem, die Ortschaft Finsterau bleibt Ihnen trotz des regnerischen Wetters in guter Erinnerung.

Hier haben wir unseren Urlaub verbracht und fühlten uns wie Zuhause. Sehr sauber und ordentlich, es fehlt an nichts, optimale Ausstattung. Sehr nette Vermieter, hilfsbereit und immer ein offenes Ohr. Einfach herkommen und sich wohlfühlen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Topp, besser geht's nicht.
