The villa itself is located in a one-way street in a quiet residential area.
Just behind the house is a nature trail, to hike up, over a magnificent water park, to El Sauzal.
Not long ago, the park Costa El Sauzal, which is located on the coast, was opened nearby ... a dream to swim, dive or just relax.
Getting there
Arrive at airport South, on the motorway towards NORTH exit 21 El Sauzal. Driving time approx. 45 minutes

When you arrive, our German speaking housekeeper awaits you to brief you and explain everything important to you. Then just enjoy the cozy cottage, the beautiful terrace with a fantastic view.

Wir waren nun schon mehrmals in diesem tollen Haus und fühlen uns immer wieder sehr wohl. Hier findet man Ruhe und Erholung und wer wandern möchte, der ist hier auch bestens aufgehoben. Die Aussicht auf das Meer, den Teide und in der Ferne auf Puerto de la Cruz ist immer wieder traumhaft. Das Haus und der Garten mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, auch die Betreuung vor Ort ist klasse. Vielen dank für die schöne Zeit die wir hier verbringen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 3 Personen in der Villa.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war herzlich.
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.
Das Haus ist groß und bestens und sehr exklusiv ausgestattet.
Es gibt alles, was man für den Alltag braucht.
Schön war der große Garten mit der Blütenpracht und den Kräutern.
Der Pool ist wirklich groß, ideal um nach deiner Wanderung zur Entspannung ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen und sich zu erfrischen.
Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schön, war jeden Tag unser Abendprogramm, den Sonnenuntergang, sowie die glitzernde Stadt Puerto übers Meer anzugucken.
Der beste Strand für uns war El Bollullo mit feinem schwarzen Sand.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und wollten gar nicht weg.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
