We charge the following cancellation fees:
Cancelling up to 90 days before the trip begins: 10% of the rental fee,
cancelling from 90-60 days before the trip begins: 30% of the rental fee,
cancelling from 60-30 days before the trip begins: 50% of the rental fee,
if you cancel 30 days before the trip begins, or on the specified day of travel, or if you fail to show up, we will charge the full rental fee.
The customer is obligated to cancel in writing. Cancellation fees are determined by the date on which the lessor receives the cancellation notice.

Local sights: At 1861 m above sea level, the "Marterle" is Austria's highest situated pilgrimage church. The "Marterle" is the landmark of the municipality Rangersdorf. The stunning panoramic view over the Mölltal all the way to the Lienz Dolomites makes for a perfect backdrop for athletic holiday activities. Starting at the pilgrimage church, one can go mountain hiking for several hours to the top of the Leitenkopf (2449 m), Zellinkopf (2597 m) and Hohe Nase (2560 m).

Standing at 3798 metres tall, the Grossglockner is Austria's highest mountain. The distinctive peak belongs to the Glockner Group, a mountain range in the centre of the Upper Tauern, and is one of the most imposing peaks of the Eastern Alps.
Grossglockner, High Alpine Road, gold mining village Heiligenblut, Mautturm Winklern (historic site), Raggaschlucht (gorge), "Osttiroler" toboggan run and much more.

Getting there
By car:
Kärnten, Mölltal, B106, 9833 Rangersdorf, Witschdorf towards Marterle. During the summer, the 12-km long paved mountain road provides easy access. The remaining 50 metres consist of a surfaced dirt road.
By train:
In the summer you can also arrive by train, feeling relaxed, and we'll come and get you and your luggage at the train station.
In the winter, depending on the weather/snow conditions, we recommend a 4-wheel drive/SUV/winter equipment for your car. The lessor can arrange transportation upon request.

Wir waren eine Woche im August in dieser wunderschönen Hütte. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Alles ist liebevoll und bedacht eingerichtet. Man spürt, dass die Besitzer die Hütte mögen und auch selbst öfters dort sind. Die Wellnessanlage mit Sauna und der Hot Tub sind absolut spitze und würde ich jederzeit wieder mit buchen.
Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit.
Wer ungestörte Ruhe und Erholung bei einer grandiosen Aussicht sucht, wird hier auf jeden Fall fündig.

Familie Angermann hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen . Die Almhütte und das Gelände ist ausgesprochen gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet.
Von der Hütte hat man eine herrliche Sicht. Traumhaft ruhig. Erholung pur.
Die Gegend lädt zu tollen Wanderungen ein.
Wir werden wieder kommen.
