The holiday apartment Panorama offers a spacious 120m² living space comfortably accommodating 2 - 8 people. It features 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, and a separate WC.
The top-equipped kitchen comes with a ceramic hob/oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee filter machine, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster, as well as cooking and baking utensils, plus crockery and cutlery for every convenience.
From the cozy seating area, you have a wonderful view of the Kitzsteinhorn. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
Many essentials such as salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, flour, sugar, and toilet paper are already in the apartment and included. On our farm, we also produce homemade products like bacon, jams, honey, schnapps, and eggs from our happy chickens. We would be delighted to share these delights with you.

Our farm - Panorama holiday apartment is located away from the road amidst beautiful nature. Directly from the apartment, you can embark on hikes. It's also not far to go swimming at Lake Zell or to visit the town.
How to best find us.
If you're coming via Lofer - Saalfelden or through Tyrol, head towards Zell am See and turn off towards Thumersbach before reaching the center, crossing the railway and passing the hospital. After the Thumersbach town sign, turn left after about 60 meters, then take an immediate right before the fire station after about 30 meters. Drive up the hill, and after the yellow house (Kleeblatt) on the left side, there is a sharp curve where you turn right - (Welcome to Hubgut). A few more meters and you have reached your destination.
If you are coming from Bischofshofen, take the second exit at the Bruck roundabout (by the Maximarkt) and continue along the road.
Then you will see the Hotel Hubertus on the right side and further ahead on the left the Raiffeisenbank, turn right at the fork there, then right again after the elementary school and up the hill.

2 months before the holiday begins, we charge 40% of the booked stay.
From 1 month before the holiday begins or in case of early departure, we charge 80% of the booked stay.
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
