3 bedrooms (see photos). From 2 of the bedrooms, you can look directly at the lake from the bed or enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony in your pajamas early in the morning, with views of the mountains and the lake.
Ground floor: spacious Italian kitchen, fully equipped including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, oven, etc. From the living room (with an excellent designer suite), you access the generous terrace and the small garden. Here you can fully relax, whether you're sitting under the lean-to roof enjoying the view in the rain or lounging in the sun on the deck chairs.
Our holiday home is an end-terrace house paired with 6 other natural stone terrace houses. It is ideally located for connoisseurs, hikers, and mountain bikers. It's only 7 km or a 15-minute drive down to Lake Garda.
Our quaint charming holiday home with the lovingly landscaped garden is located away from mass tourism and captivates with the breathtaking view of Lake Garda and the opposite mountains.

Tremosine with its main town Pieve, perched high above Lake Garda on the cliffs, is one of the most beautiful places in Italy. Tremosine is made up of several villages, all of which impress with their beautiful landscapes, architectural harmony, and dreamlike surroundings. Located in the midst of the nature park Parco Alto Garda Bresciano, this area is a true paradise! Numerous small, characteristic, and enchanting villages are embedded in a unique landscape with breathtaking views.
