This apartment is located in the center of the holiday resort Cala Millor, just about 50 meters from the pedestrian zone and approximately 100 meters from the fine sandy beach. The building and the apartment were completely renovated and newly furnished in 2010, and can be described as like new. An elevator is available! Shops, bars, restaurants - sports and leisure facilities are available in the surrounding area. The town of Cala Millor offers one of the longest sandy beaches on the island. The apartment is located in the center of the coastal town of Cala Millor. Shops, bars and restaurants, the beach and sea are quickly and easily accessible. Cala Millor offers access to the Via Verde, a beautifully landscaped nature trail for cycling, hiking or horse riding that runs from Manacor to Arta. Cala Millor is almost exactly in the middle of the route.
A year-round holiday destination for cyclists, golfers, families, tennis enthusiasts, and much more. Also ideally suited for overwintering.

- up to 21 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (i.e., less than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price
Nevertheless, the landlord/manager will attempt to re-rent the property.
(2) The tenant can always prove that the damage incurred is less.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
