The cottage was build in 1900, beeing part of a typical german Four Side Ranch, with lots of space. In 2012 it was restored with love and patience. Now it´s a cosy and comfortable place for people who love nature, outdoor aktivities like riding horses, bykes, walking, visiting old famous cities, etc.
Inside is a closed fireplace, 2 flat screens, one with DVD player, radio with cd, WIFI free of charge(WIFI free ), a complete kitchen equipment with dishwasher and microwave, a balcony and comfortable beds to feel at ease. Last you find a terrasse withoutdoor furnitare and a canopied beach chair on the big green courtyard.
Your home is situated near by the old frontier between East and West- Germany. Now
there´s a unique, fantastique nature and culture to discover. In Arendsee you can enyoy the big lake with sand beaches and the paddle steamer. Also worth seeing are the old Hansestädte Stendal,Tangermünde and Salzwedel nearby. If you want to go really downtown, take the train to the capital Berlin or Hamburg, just one hour from Stendal. No problem to drive you to the railway station.

We give western riding lessons on american quarter horses. You can also book a ride in the beautiful nature.
You can use our bicycles, table tennis and the pool for free.
The little cottage is situated in the village Gladigau, with nice picturesque half-timbered houses and appel trees. In 100m you find the small river "Biese", for angler and swimmer or enyoy paddling. By foot ( 5 minutes) you can reach the village restaurant and buy bred and cake at the baker´s. The village is about 10 miles from the cute old city "Hansestadt Osterburg". By train you are from Stendal in 1 hour in the capital Berlin or in Hamburg. So, it´s up to you, enjoy !
