On the same floor there are two bedrooms, both with double bed, AC, and access to the balcony. There is also a bathroom with shower outside. A cot and high chair are available on request. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The third bedroom, also with a double bed and AC, deserves special attention, not only because it is very spacious but also because the only access is via a curious spiral staircase. As it is a mezzanine, it does not have total privacy. Upstairs there is a second bathroom with shower.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

In the surroundings of this beautiful house you will find many dreamlike beaches such as Cala Marsal, Cales de Mallorca, Cala D'Or and Cala Sa Nau. Porto Colom itself is a very romantic town that has been dedicating to fishing for decades. You can still watch the fishermen in the morning going to work. Of course, here you can try fresh fish prepared in thousand ways. In Porto Colom there are supermarkets and all the necessary services for an independent stay. Neighbour villages of Santanyí and Ses Salines are famous for the production of Sal D'Es Trenc.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
