Die Villa Jure liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uferpromenade.
Die 4 Schlafzimmer mit Bad und der Wohnbereich waren sehr sauber bei der Übergabe. Leider waren bis auf eine Dusche alle Abflüsse verstopft, was der Putzfrau hätte auffallen müssen bei der Endreinigung.
Beim zweiten Schlafzimmer schlug die Türe wenn gleichzeitig das Fenster geöffnet war, das sollte unbedingt repariert werden.
Die Ausstattung war mäßig, es fehlt ein Flaschenöffner, ein Schäler und die Kaffeefiltermaschine war eine Zumutung.
Das Pool wurde erst einen Tag vor Abreise gereinigt. Bei sieben Leuten etwas spät. Ein Wischmop mit Gummilippe wäre gut, da die Fliesen um den Pool glatt sind. Auflagen für Liegen fehlten ebenfalls, am Bild jedoch abgebildet. Auch waren nur 6 Liegen vorhanden.
