4.1 Der Mieter hat das Recht, eine Buchung schriftlich, ohne Kosten, spätestens innerhalb von sieben Werktagen nach Buchungsdatum zu stornieren, wenn zwischen Buchungsdatum und Aufenthalt mindestens ein Monat liegt.
4.2 Nach Ablauf der unter 4.1. erwähnten Frist ist der Mieter nur unter Übernahme folgender Stornierungskosten zu einer schriftlichen Stornierung berechtigt:
a. bei einer Stornierung bis 6 Wochen vor dem Anreisetag: 30% des Mietpreises;
b. bei einer Stornierung ab 6 Wochen oder weniger vor dem Anreisetag: den ganzen Mietpreis.
c. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise des Mieters wird der volle Preis für die vereinbarte Tarifperiode fällig.
4.3 Zur Deckung der unter 4.2. erwähnten Kosten können Sie eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung bei uns abschließen.
