Should the tenant wish to withdraw from the contract before the rental period begins, they are liable for the full rental fee as agreed upon in the contract, if the apartment cannot be rented out to someone else.
In the event of a subsequent rental, a fee of EUR 100 will be charged for the incurred inconvenience.
The landlord recommends taking out cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The house is situated in an absolutely quiet hillside location below the village of Brezzo di Bedero at the end of a private cul-de-sac with no through traffic. It's a good 15-minute walk to the village. In the historic village center, there is a small, nice restaurant (Il Cortiletto) and on the main road, you'll find the "Officina della Pizza," a very good pizzeria. The lake with swimming opportunities is about a 10-minute walk away. By car, you can reach Luino in about 10 minutes.

Zugegegeben, der letzte Teil der Anfahrt ist etwas holprig und die unmittelbare Umgebung nicht unbedingt geeignet für leichte Spaziergänge - aber das Haus verfügt über eine traumhafte Lage und der Blick vom Wohnbereich ist echt grandios. Ausstattungsgemäß ist alles vohanden was man benötigt; eine Infomappe und Kartenmaterial lassen keine Wünsche offen. Eher beiläufig fallen kleine, liebenswerte Details auf, wie etwa die Eidechsen-Rettungsleiter im Waschbecken vor dem Haus ;-).
Dass der Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr angenehm, konstruktiv und unkompliziert ist, versteht sich nach alledem fast von selbst.

Schon zum zweiten Mal verbringen wir unsere Herbstferien in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung am Lago. In Küche und Bad fehlt es nichts. In der Nähe befinden sich tolle Wander- und Radwege mit herrlichen Aussichten.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben viele Ausflugstipps. Sehr gerne wieder!
