Countryhouse Hochstaufenblick **** is part of Estate 'Kollmannsbrunn' and is situated in the surroundings of the Berchtesgadener National Park, adjacent to the border with Austria, and provides views of the idyllic farmland at the foot of the Hochstaufen, Zwiesel, and Predigstuhl mountains that lend their name to its three separate holiday apartments. ‘Staufen’ is a large, ground-floor family apartment with two bedrooms, while ‘Zwiesel’ and ‘Predigtstuhl’ offer smaller, one bedroom accommodation on the first floor. The property is surrounded by meadows and farmland, as well as country houses on the outskirts of the villages Bayerisch Gmain and its Austrian counterpart, Grossgmain. Footpaths and cycle ways lead directly from the house to the spa town of Bad Reichenhall (3 km), as well as nearby forests and the Austrian village of Grossgmain.

Getting there
From Munich take the motorway Munich/ Salzburg (A8). After about 130 km shortly before the Austrian border take the exit "Bad Reichenhall"/direction Berchtesgaden (federal road B20). Go through Bad Reichenhall, up the hill, and you will arrive in Bayerisch Gmain after about 2 km. There please make a left turn towards Grossgmain/Austria. After about 250 m turn left into "Taufkirchenweg". After about 150 m there is a sharp right bend which takes you to a fork. There keep left and continue on a country lane through open fields for about 250 m until you see a big farm house with green shutters on your left. Turn into the courtyard and ring the bell.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung...super sauber und absolut idyllisch gelegen. Es fehlte an nichts. Für die weitere Zukunft sollte man für Gäste einen Stromanschluss zur Verfügung stellen. Die E Mobilität lässt sich kaum aufhalten. Die Voraussetzungen hinter dem Haus an den großen Scheunen Überdachungen sind doch bestens geeignet dafür. Auch für die Ebikes. Akku raus und im Zimmer laden ist unvorteilhaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett...wir werden gerne wieder kommen. LG aus dem Sauerland.

14 Tage lang hatten wir die Wohnung Zwiesel gemietet. Wir fanden eine gemütliche, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung vor, die genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung im Internet entsprach.
Es fehlte an nichts. Alles war ausreichend vorhanden (sogar genug Kleiderbügel).
Der Blick von den Balkonen in die umliegenden Berge war für uns einfach unbezahlbar.
Mit Frau und Herrn Gross hat man sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und nette Vermieter.
Bei Problemen sind Sie sofort zur Stelle und kümmern sich.
Alles in allem erlebten wir einen schönen Urlaub.
Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und werden sicher dort wieder Urlaub verbringen.
