In Keitum there are 2 stables, on Sylt there are 4 golf courses of 18 holes, there are also good windsurfing areas for all abilities and a well developed cycling network.
Holiday destination
Keitum on Sylt is located right on the UNESCO world Heritage Site "North Frisian Wadden Sea" . The over 700 year old Keitum church, the Old Frisian House and the Homeland Museum are worth a visit. Take a walk to Munchmarsch with the beautiful port with the lovely varied landscapes. It is about 4 km to Westerland. In Keitum there is a spa with all applications. There is a broad range of gastronomy from beer bar to top restaurant.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal zu Gast bei Herrn Carstensen und waren wieder begeistert. Das Haus ist wundervoll, sehr geräumig, schön hell und hat einen großen Garten. Unser Dackel war ebenfalls willkommen. Eine Sauna gibt es auch für kältere Tage. Die Lage ist perfekt, denn es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Watt, zur kleinen Teestube und zum Dorfzentrum. Herr Carstensen ist ein überaus freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im Haus Carstensen!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig und funktionell. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das Grundstück liegt sehr schön eingebettet und aufgrund seiner Größe mit angemessenen Abstand zu den Nachbarn. Die Sanitärräume auf allen Etagen passen zum insgesamt sehr guten Gesamteindruck.
