The deposit ensures you've booked your dream stay. If you cancel up to 3 months before the start of your trip, you will be reimbursed 100% of the deposit. If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the start of the trip, the outstanding payment will not be charged. If you cancel within 6 weeks before the start of the trip, both the guest and host must try to find another guest for the apartment within the booked period. If no financially sufficient replacement is found, the guest remains liable for payment. In such a case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Karl's strawberry farm can be reached in about 15 minutes by car - particularly recommended for children. You will find an adventure pool in Brandenburg an der Havel - the "Marienbad". The B5 outlet centre is good for shopping - it can also be reached in about 15 minutes. Worth seeing: Ribbeck Castle, Ribbeck Old School and the Ribbeck washhouse - seasonal cultural events take place here.
Holiday destination
"Pristine nature" on, around and in the water is the highlight of this charming landscape. Whether it's a Havel cruise, solo canoe tours, fishing trips or other individual leisure activities in the meadows, on the lakes or bike paths; there's room for everything here. Thanks to the proximity of cities such as Berlin, Potsdam and Brandenburg an der Havel the vastness of the landscape, together with rest and relaxation, can be easily combined with cultural activities.

Es ist so eine mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir haben und so wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden, wie bereits im letzten Dezember, so herzlich begrüßt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Liebe Grüße aus Flensburg, Britta und Jörg

Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage und ist wunderbar eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Man hat sehr viel Platz in der Wohnung sowie im Garten und die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist auch nicht hellhörig bzw. haben wir von den Urlaubern in der Wohnung unter uns nichts mitbekommen. Als wir Abends im Garten saßen "störte" : ) lediglich eine Schleiereule, die unterwegs war. Besonders gut hat uns, neben der liebevollen Einrichtung, der Garten mit seinen vielen Stockrosen und Lavendelpflanzen gefallen.
