The apartment features a spacious entrance area with a coat rack; to the left is the bedroom with a double bed measuring 2.00 x 2.00 m, next to it a generous bathroom with a bathtub/shower (glass partition) and a separate toilet. To the right of the entrance is the cozy living room with a sofa bed, a built-in stove, and a large seating area.
In the living area, you'll find a comfortable pull-out sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m) suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, cable LCD TV, kitchen with dishwasher, convection oven, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster.
The house has a sauna for communal use, which operates with 1-Euro coins (per 10 minutes).

From the Almhaus, you can reach the ski lift on foot and connect to 55 lifts, covering 165 kilometers of slopes. Other winter activities such as tobogganing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing are also available with us.

In the summer, the beautiful mountains of the Salzburg region invite you to numerous excursion destinations. Here you can hike, do Nordic walking, mountain biking, climbing, or refresh yourself in clear mountain lakes as you please. A network of over 60 km of well-signposted hiking trails at all altitudes and varied routes with different levels of difficulty will lead you through the fascinating mountain world.
At the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir at 1,300 meters above sea level near Gerlos, you have the opportunity to enjoy the summer to the fullest. Whether swimming, sailing, boating, or barbecuing is up to you.
A special attraction of the area is the Krimml Waterfalls, with a drop height of 390 m. The waterfall trail leads nature enthusiasts very close to the natural spectacle with numerous viewing platforms, bridges, and pulpits.
Our holiday apartment is located in the mountain village of Silberleiten (1700 meters). From here, you have the perfect starting point to one of the most snow-reliable ski areas that Austria has to offer - the Zillertal Arena (1,600 - 2,500 meters).
The lift is just a 50-meter walk away. Skiing down right to the house is possible.
In both summer and winter, you can enjoy the sun on the beautiful large roof terrace and the surrounding balcony.
