Cancellation policy
In the case of reservation cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
A) Withdrawal from the time of reservation confirmation 30 days before the arrival: 10% of the participation fee;
B) withdrawal from 29 to 20 days before the arrival : 30% of the participation fee;
C) withdrawal from 19 to 10 days before the arrival: 50% of the participation fee;
D) 9 to 4 days before the arrival: 75% of the participation fee.
E) no refund will be granted to those who decide to withdraw from the contract within the last 4 days before departure.

The apartment is in Seccheto, a small village built on ancient granite that makes the streets of the village unique and special, but at the same time providing all the essential facilities; it is on the Costa del Sole, on the southwest part of the Island of Elba, famous for its breathtakingly beautiful beaches consisting of white sand and crystal clear water. All set in the typical Mediterranean bush that offers unique scenery all year round.
Getting there
From the port in Portoferraio follow the signs for Marina di Campo, then once in Marina di Campo follow the signs for Cavoli-Seccheto-Fetovaia. In Seccheto turn right at the newsstand and the ironmongery and follow the signs for "Vallebuia". Keep going until you see the sign "Traversa di Via Garibaldi". The parking space is about 5 metres further along. In front of you will see the outside staircase of your apartment.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche auf Elba verbracht. Marilena war sehr lieb, hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten sind gemütlich, es war alles sehr sauber und der Ausblick aufs Meer ist ein Traum. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand, den nächst größeren Supermarkt findet man in Marina di Campo (2 kleine Geschäfte sind auch vor Ort) und es gibt viele Ausflugsziele und tolle Strände in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft entsprach genau der Realität. Die Wohnung war Picobello sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und typisch italienisch. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und zwei wunderschöne Wochen, in Ruhe, auf Elba verbracht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam, zuverlässig und herzlich. Auch der nahe gelegenen Strand (wirklich nur 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt) war unser persönlicher Favorit.
