Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the Tenant / Cancellation and Interruption of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels or terminates the contract before the start of the rental period, the following cancellation fees are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved instead of the total price:

Up to three months or earlier
before the arrival date 25 percent of the agreed rental price
Less than three months to one month
before the arrival date 50 percent of the agreed rental price
Less than one month to one day
before the arrival date 75 percent of the agreed rental price
(2) A cancellation can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the statement by the landlord is decisive.
(3) Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to rent the property to someone else. If an alternative rental takes place, the cancellation fees are subsequently reduced to 15 percent of the agreed rental price.
(4) If the tenant does not show up on the arrival day, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
(5) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price as well as cleaning and tourist tax.
Cancellation by the Landlord
(1) The landlord may terminate the contract with immediate effect if a rental in accordance with the contract has become impossible, e.g., due to damage to the house, the building services, or the furnishings (uninhabitability). In this case, the landlord will refund the tenant for the remaining rental period.
(2) The landlord may terminate the contract with immediate effect if the tenant or fellow travelers or their guests commit the following violations:
Overcrowding of the holiday home with more people than stated in the contract or as subsequently approved in writing, allowing pets inside the rental property, repeated disturbance of the peace, engaging in unauthorized activities on the property of the rental object or of the holiday park Zomerdorp Grevelingen, willful or grossly negligent damage to the rental property, the inventory, or the property's facilities.

We ourselves are very much in love with Zeeland and have been spending our leisure time here very often for years, sometimes with our children and friends, and sometimes just the two of us. Even when we're leaving, we always look forward to the next time we can spend a lovely time again at the sunniest spot in the Netherlands :-)!

Wir waren das 1.x dort und waren begeistert von dem Gesamtkonzept.
Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, wo es an nichts fehlte.
Perfekte nah liegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wunderschöne Umgebung.
Alles war sehr modern eingerichtet und es fehlte wirklich an nichts.
ausserdem sehr angenehme Betten mit Matratzen wo man traumhaft drin schlafen konnte.
Das Haus liegt in wunderschöner sehr ruhiger Lage...wo abschalten vom Alltag garantiert ist.
Auch wir werden wiederkommen und sagen großes Dankeschön !!!
