If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The house is very close to the beach, only 10 kms away from Son Serra de Marina, a quiet rocky and sandy beach , ideal for families. All basic services can be found in the town, Santa Margalida, only 2 kms away. You can also visit Alcudia and its port, and enjoy restaurants, bars, shops and water sports.

Wir haben drei tolle Wochen in der Finca erlebt, 4 Personen mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Wir verreisen regelmäßig in Ferienhäuser mit Pool und das war von der Ausstattung und vom Außengelände her die mit Abstand beste Villa, in der wir je waren.
Das Gelände ist äußerst großzügig und sehr gepflegt. Für Kinder ist alles vorhanden (Sandkasten, Kletter Wand, Pool Zubehör, Kinderbett, Treppengitter).
Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Eine wohltuende Abwechslung im Vergleich zu den sonstigen Einrichtung in Fincas auf Mallorca. Der Müll wird regelmäßig weggebracht, man muss sich nicht selber drum kümmern.
Eine Bäckerei ist in 5 Minuten Entfernung, ebenso kleine Supermärkte und sonst in 10 Minuten alles in Can Picafort.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Die Finca ist mega.Wir waren mit den Eltern und unseren Kindern (4/2/2 Jahre alt) dort und hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Finca ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entspricht den Fotos aus der Anzeige. Jedes der drei Schlafräume hat direkt Dusche und WC mit im Zimmer. Ein separates Duschbad ist zusätzlich im EG vorhanden, welches auch direkten Zugang zum Garten hat. Die Supermärkte Bip Bip und Spar sind in Santa Margalida (5 Min.) und Eroski in Can Picafort (ca. 12 Min.) erreichbar. Als Tipp für diejenigen, die mal nicht kochen möchten: Das Restaurant El Turo ist um die Ecke und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Einziger Nachteil war, dass 14 Tage lang keiner geputzt hat.Tgl. wurde der Pool gesäubert, aber nicht einmal das Haus oder wenigstens Bad und Böden.
