Holiday destination
The Ahrntal Valley is one of the most rustic valleys in South Tyrol and is located in the Rieserferner-Ahr Nature Park with around 80 three-thousand-metre peaks. Well laid out hiking trail networks with over 60 managed alpine pastures and mountain huts are at your disposal. If you like, you can start hiking right from the house.
In winter, the nearby ski areas of Klausberg (2510 m) and Speikboden (2400 m) offer slopes and descents for all abilities, with guaranteed snow from December to April.
Getting there
By car:
Arrival via the highway Munich - Kufstein - Innsbruck - Brenner - exit Brixen/ Pustertal - Bruneck - Ahrntal - St. Jakob.
By train:
Travel via Munich - Innsbruck - to Franzensfeste. From Franzensfeste take the regional train to Bruneck. From there take the bus to S. Jakob.
