The tastefully furnished living space of the holiday home comprises approx. 85 sqm on two levels for 6 adults and max. 1-2 smaller children.
In addition to a spacious living/dining room with pull-out sofa, air conditioning and TV, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor. From here you have access to the spacious terrace with appropriate garden furniture such as dining table and sun loungers.
On the first floor there are then three attractively furnished bedrooms, two with air conditioning and one with bathroom en suite, as well as another separate shower room and a separate toilet.
A special highlight of this house is a very spacious roof terrace with seating area and sun loungers (accessible via a spiral staircase on the side of the house.

The holiday row house "Arcadia" is situated in a very quiet, natural environment near Plan de la Tour in the hinterland of Sainte Maxime.
The "Hameau" in which the holiday home is located comprises a total of 15 units in several buildings. A centrally located heated pool with numerous sun loungers is available to guests, as well as a boules court and a table tennis table.

Special COVID 19 control:
If the government or the department imposes new border closures or curfews that would prevent you from arriving on the planned day of arrival or a quarantine regulation at the holiday destination, the rental fee will be reimbursed in full, as you would not be able to travel to the holiday destination due to an official order.
In all other respects, the cancellation periods in the general terms and conditions of hire apply.
