Very quiet resort, only for tourists, with maintanence staff available (only if needed). First market and restaurant are 2 km away. Nearest beach in Peroj is 12km from the property.
Villa is 15,8 km away from Pula Airport. Rovinj is 20.9 km from the villa, and Porec is 33.8 km from the property. You can reach Pula in 20 minutes by car.

Getting there
I suppose you are arriving with a car?
You will reach Vodnjan city, and from there you will continue to a place Juršići or Svetvinčenat (road table sign in Vodnjan shows the direction). After crossing the railroad in Vodnjan towards Juršići, you will drive 4km and then you will see table "Paradiž" on the main road (Croatian word for Paradise).
Take a turn right directly near the table sign, drive some 300-400m and then turn left on the first turning. You will arrive to Paradiž in another 300m.

Wir waren heuer in dieser Villa. Es hat einfach alles gepasst.
Da mein Mann im Rollstuhl sitzt und keinen einzigen Schritt machen kann, war die Villa sehr gut für Rollstuhlfahrer. Es ist sehr schwer was zu finden was zu uns passt und bei dieser Villa hat einfach alles gepasst. Ich empfehle sie gerne weiter. Vor allem für Rollstuhlfahrer. Der Urlaub war einfach spitze.
