Please note the following booking conditions:
Upon completion of the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is due. The remaining 50% of the booking amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
Payment is made by bank transfer.
Please note that the booking is only considered completed once the deposit has been received. If you have any questions regarding the transfer or further details, please feel free to contact me.
In case of cancellation, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance to cover possible financial losses. The cancellation conditions are strict, as I rely on planning security as a private provider.

Holiday destination
The small town of Costa Calma is located in the south of Fuerteventura. It has its own infrastructure with doctors, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, and kilometers of sandy beaches. The town center is approximately a 10-minute walk from the beach house (just under 3 minutes by car).
Easily accessible from the house are two windsurfing and kitesurfing schools, a professional bicycle rental offering equipment, a diving school, and jet ski/pedal boat rentals. Swimming and hiking can be done directly from the house.
Getting there
We strive to keep our guests' arrival flexible and therefore ask for the exact arrival and departure dates (flight times) in advance to personally welcome you at the property. Very rarely, there may be a slight waiting time for a "flying change," but usually the process runs smoothly based on the airlines that fly to Fuerteventura.
