The detached holiday home is located in the Yperhof holiday park in Julianadorp. The house has a well-maintained garden of about 300 m² with a small pond. The beautiful garden features an outdoor fireplace. Pets are welcome.
On the ground floor of the house is the cozy living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen. There is also a nice cozy conservatory. Furthermore, on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower. The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed. In the storage room, there is a washing machine.

Julianadorp boasts a stunning sandy beach with a wide dune chain. The place is nestled amidst colorful flower fields.
Just a few kilometers from the holiday home, there are many places worth seeing:
for example, Alkmaar, Bergen, and Callantsoog. It's also not very far to the Ijsselmeer with the old historical towns of Enkhuizen and Hoorn.
In Julianadorp, you'll find several shops (including Lidl and Aldi), a newly built, covered shopping center, restaurants, fitness centers, bowling, golf, mini-golf, a riding school, a swimming paradise, and more.
From the Ruhr area: Take the A3 motorway via Emmerich, which turns into the A12 towards Utrecht, A2 towards Amsterdam, A9 towards Alkmaar, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid, then west towards the dunes.
From the north of Germany: via Groningen, Afsluitdijk, Den Oever, towards Den Helder, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid.
