The house contains two separate apartments (ground floor and first floor), but it is rented out entirely for private use. The property spans 1100m2 and offers ample space for your children and/or pet. The pool impresses with a size of 40m2 and a length of 15 meters. For your children, there are a swing, table football, a trampoline, a basketball court, and a slide available. Additionally, you can use four bicycles.
There is a tavern, locally known in Istria as a Konoba, with a fireplace and kitchen at your disposal.
Two living-dining rooms with fully equipped, open kitchens, six bedrooms, and four bathrooms, plus a separate toilet are available. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. The sofas in the living rooms can be used as sofa beds.

The house is located in Prhati, a peaceful village near Visnjan. The nearest larger town is Visnjan, situated 6km from the house. A restaurant can be found 2km away, and shopping facilities are available in Visnjan.
The nearest larger city is Porec, which is about 20km away. Around Porec, there are many beautiful beach sections and attractions. Here you can go shopping, enjoy the delicious Istrian cuisine, or enrich your cultural knowledge.
Salzburg-Villach-Karawankentunnel-Ljubljana-Koper-Croatian border Kastel, towards Umag-Pula (new motorway) take the exit, Visnjan-Porec sjever. At the exit, turn left towards Visnjan. Then towards Motovun until the turnoff to Prhati is signposted on the right.
