If you have to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances, we unfortunately have to charge the following fees for the processing and the resulting loss of rent.
• Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival: EUR 50 processing fee
• Cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the rental price
• Cancellation 44 to 33 days prior to arrival: 30% of the rental price
• Cancellation 32 to 22 days prior to arrival: 60% of the rental price

You'll have 110m² at your disposal, including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen-cum-living-room. A large dining table seats 12 people.

Other recreational opportunities
Burhave is one of the famous North Sea resorts with the large North Sea lagoon.
Just 500m away is the 3000m² large play barn. There is a bicycle rental right the play barn.
In the centre of the village you have the option to shop at Edeka, Netto and smaller shops. There is also a small indoor swimming pool and sauna in Burhave, along with a number of inns.
Fedderwardersiel is around 2km from Deich and is ideally suited for an outing. Excursions by boat to the seal banks or a visit to the museum are also worthwhile. If the weather is bad, a visit to the "Aqua Mundo" in the Center Parcs Tossens is also a good idea. Bremerhaven can be reached in 15 km by the Weser ferry or over the Weser tunnel and features the emigration house, the climate house and the zoo at the sea, while the Mediterraneum is also an excursion value.

Butjadingen is a peninsula, wonderful to walk on and over the dyke, art beach promenade, on the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, no high-rise buildings; nature, broad country, North Sea air, sheep on the dyke, fishing port Fedderwardersiel, excursions by ship, Helgoland, Bremerhaven: emigration and climate house, animal grottos, Weser ferry, Jaderberg zoo
Getting there
From the south, take the A29 to the Varel exit and then follow the signs for "Nordseebäder".
Or coming from Bremen via the A27 to the "Wesertunnel" exit and then follow the "Nordseebäder" or Burhave signs.
In the village, turn right at the traffic lights and follow Strandallee, then turn left into Hermann-Almers-Straße. At the end of the street, turn left into Weserstraße. It's then the third house of the left.

Host informationThe holiday home is also my parental home, which I completely renovated following the death of my father and converted into a holiday home. My brother and I always liked to go to Burhave with our families. This house holds many memories of my father. In his spare time, he made various lighthouses and signs, some of which I put up in this house. This gave the house its name, which means 'To the lighthouse'.

Wir haben haben mit unseren Kindern, Schwiegerkindern und unseren vier Enkelkindern eine wunderbare Ferienwoche in Burhave verbracht.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt.
Auch das Umfeld haben wir sehr positiv wahrgenommen. Das Spielehaus in unmittelbarer Naehe hat den Kindern viel Freude bereitet, ist preiswert und sehr gut organisiert. Das Eis in unmittelbarer Naehe des Strandes, kleine Eisbude, war koestlich und mit einem Preis von Euro 1,50 je Kugel preiswert. Die Menschen in und um Burhave waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Angereist als Großfamiie, 6 EW und 4 Ki . fühlten wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl. Das Haus bietet innen und außen ausreichenden Platz und die Kinder genossen den großen Garten. Es fehlte an nichts.
Gerne wiederholen wir einen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus.
