On a plot of approx 10,000 sq.yd. our house has been built in the Andalusian style.
All rooms are daylight flooded and tastefully decorated. The roof-covered terrace with its big table offers space to enjoy family meals while looking over the pool to the Atlantic.
The roof terrace is a great location to take your Sherry while watching the sunset.
Your car is conveniently parked on the plot.
Watchout: we do not accept groups of students as tenants!
Our favorite bay, Cala Encendida, is just over 170 yds away from our house, same as the stretched sandy beaches heading to Novo Sancti Petri.
Our gardener cares for trimming the lawn and keeps palm trees, olive- and orange trees, banana and fig tree in good shape.

From Tarifa various companies offer whale- and dolphin watching tours in the Strait of Gibraltar; a very memorable experience!
The Urbanisación Roche is located in a stretched pine wood between Conil and Novo Sancti Petri. The plots are built with individual houses or villas.
Cala Encendida, our "private" beach, is just located approx some 170 yds from our house.
At east you find Calas de Roche , in the west the stretched sandy beach heading to Novo Sancti Petri.
Three restaurants can be reached by walking, same as the small supermarket, a pharmacy and bookstore.
by plane to airports in Jerez de la Frontera, Seville or Málaga
by train to stations San Fernando or Cádiz
or by bus to Conil --> from there by taxi

In case the tenant requests a cancellation of his booking, and we cannot rent out the house to new guests, the following cost-scheme for the original guest applies:
60 days prior to first holiday: 20% of the rental price
59 - 30 days: 50%
29 - 10 days: 80% and
beyond: 90%
During winter the tenant is liable to pay the consumption of electricity at cost price.

Since our first visit to Conil in 1995 we fell in love with this wonderful coast. Soon we decided to build our own house here, and since then we are coming more frequently to Conil, and are very much looking forward to our next stay!
