Die FeWo befindet sich in einem von 2 großen Blocks aus Baujahr 1969 in zentraler Lage zwischen Timmendorf und Niendorf. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Leider ist das Betreten nur über 8stufige Treppen möglich - gehbehinderte Personen könnten hier Probleme haben ...
Die Wohnung selbst in der 2. Etage (Fahrstuhl) ist komplett ausgestattet, funktional und sehr sauber aber doch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Leider knarrt der Laminatboden und das Wlan ist eine Vollkatastrophe.
Der beworbene Pool (Badekappenpflicht) und die Sauna (nur am Wochenende und nach Männlein/Weiblein getrennt und mit Zeitfenster nutzbar) befinden sich im Nebenblock und sind nur über die Außenanlage erreichbar.
Der Fahrradkeller (ebenfalls im Nebenblock) war nicht nutzbar, da mit Mülltonnen und Fahrrädern überfrachtet.

Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön, 5 min zu Fuß zum Hafen oder Strand, das Haus ist trotz vieler Wohnungen sehr ruhig. Vermieter sehr freundlich.
