We offer a complete holiday house with 125m² living space for single occupancy with large balcony and garden.

The holiday house has a large kitchen with LCD satellite TV, 4 ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher.

There are 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms with a total of 2 showers and a bathtub and 2 WC's as well as a separate toilet.

Our holiday home is located in the best position to the ski and hiking area Mayrhofen.
The center of Mayrhofen is 800m away.
The ski bus to the Ahorn & Penkenbahn stops 80m from the property
Cross-country ski runs start directly in front of the accommodation.
Directly from the holiday home you can enter into the 4 climbingways Zimmereben.
Mountainbike trails are in the immediate vicinity!
The Zillerpromenade is only 30m from the house.

Getting there

Inntalautobahn A12 Abfahrt Wiesing-Zillertal nehmen.
B169 Zillertal-Bundesstraße Richtung Mayrhofen.
Nach dem Kreisverkehr in Mayrhofen ( vor dem Bahnhof ) rechts abbiegen auf Schwendauer Straße.
Schwendauer Straße folgen, nach der Brücke rechts abbiegen auf Burgstall.
Sie erreichen das Ferienhaus Zimmereben nach ca. 200m, letztes Haus auf der linken Seite.

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter,super Umgebung. Es waren wunderschöne Tage, haben gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. War einfach Traumhaft. Sehr zu Empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank den Vermietern

Supertolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt im Haus und auch sonst. Viele Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und auch sonstige Aktivitäten wie Seilbahn , Rafting, Tandemflüge , usw . Herzlichen dank auch an die Vermieter Melanie und Wolfgang. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder ;-)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. In dem Ferienhaus kann man sich nur wohl fühlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist auf Erdgeschoss und erstes Obergeschoss verteilt. Sie wurde von Grund auf renoviert, alle 3 Bäder komplett erneuert. Die Einrichtung und die Dekoration ist liebevoll. Alles war sauber und wunderbar hergerichtet. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben uns einen tollen Empfang bereitet. Auch der persönliche Kontakt kam nicht zu kurz. Jederzeit wieder und sehr zu empfehlen!
