The quaint, tranquil residential complex in Ibizan style is perched atop the cliffs at the entrance to Porto Colom harbor. This unique position allows for a panoramic view over Portocolom, the sea, and even towards the mountains of the Serra de Llevant.
The holiday home is situated on the second row and offers 80 sqm of living space spread over two floors.
The ground floor is divided into a living-dining area with comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/toilet.
On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms (one double bed - one single bed). A bathroom with shower/toilet completes the first floor. The upper floor terrace offers an expansive view of the sea.
For a refreshing dip in between, the community pool of the quiet residential complex is at your disposal, which is why it's often available for private use. Those who prefer to dive directly into the dark blue sea can jump into the water from the rocks below the houses :-)

This destination in the southeast of Mallorca is certainly something very special. Despite its large protected bay, it has remained predominantly pristine.
In other words: it has so far been largely spared from the blessings of mass tourism. At the headland in front of the lighthouse at Punta de Ses Crestes, there are two small beaches near a villa neighborhood. Since one can only get there by going through the old town and then via a rather winding road all around the bay, only a few tourists find their way to the hidden beaches of Porto Colom. These two connected beaches are insider tips among individual travelers. They are exceptionally pretty and offer excellent water quality. Thanks to the southern orientation, there's also plenty of sunshine guaranteed, so a sun umbrella is recommended. In Porto Colom, you'll mainly find individual tourists who explore the island with a rental car. One should enjoy the tranquility there.
Golf course Vall D`Or. - about 5km from Portocolom.
Portocolom is an excellent starting point for a variety of activities and explorations, as well as for a peaceful vacation.
The journey from Palma Airport is approximately 60 km or 50 minutes by car.
Check-in time is at 16h and check-out time is at 10h.
