This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to the star criteria of the German Tourism Association. Depending on equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars.
From the outside you will be enchanted by a beautiful villa from imperial times. Inside
it offers a modernly furnished apartment with a spacious living and dining area.
The apartment has a large master bedroom, a second bedroom with a double bed
and the two stylish bathrooms leave nothing to be desired. In the big bedroom there is one
fold-out couch for two more guests. For the preparation of your food you have one
fully equipped kitchen available. Thanks to the underfloor heating in all rooms the
Floors are always warm, which is especially important for the little guests. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture
and a beach chair to relax.
A large flat screen TV including Blue Ray player with a collection of movies for big
and little guests is in the living room. Both bedrooms are also located
Flat-panel televisions. Board games, art supplies and books will not leave you bored. For younger guests there is a cot (1.40m), two high chairs and one carts, so that the way to the beach is not a "world trip".

In a few minutes you are on the beach and in the center of Heringsdorf.
On Usedom there are endless things to do for all ages. Karl's Erdbeerhof is always worth a visit, such as the historically technical museum, the piers in Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf or the dream theater Salome in Heringsdorf.
In addition to the normal white sandy beach on the whole north side of Usedom specifically Heringsdorf also has a dog beach and nudist beach.
Heringsdorf can be reached by car via Wolgast or Anklam. Of course you can also arrive at the station, which is only 500m away.
