This lovely property is located in a quiet hamlet of Ribari, over the Limski kanal fyord. It is midway between Rovinj and Porec, just a few minutes from the Istriacolors Waterpark.
The villa is designed in a combination of rustic and modern style, whereas the owner has paid much attention to stone and masonery details. The interior is in stylish sandy colors, with 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 3 bedrooms and a stretch sofa, it a perfect getaway for 1 large or 2 families. The house has 150 m, the pool has 32 m2, and there is a roofed BBQ area beside the pool. The villa is new for 2016, and is a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.

Die Villa sieht in echt tatsächlich 1:1 genauso aus wie wir den Bildern. Am Anreisetag wurden wir herumgeführt und sofort begeistert.

Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Wir wohnten sicher nicht das letzte Mal in der Villa Dea.

Tolles, großes, top ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten und herrlichem Pool! Fast zu schön, um sich loszueisen und die Gegend zu erkunden ! Sehr ruhige Umgebung.
