The town centre and restaurants are 2 km away from the villa. St. Pol in S'Agaro (6 km) can be visited for spending a day with sun, sand and sea near beach. If you fancy hitting a few strokes, then Golf course is just 3 km away.

Wir waren eine Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern und haben unseren Aufenthalt im Il Limonero sehr genossen. Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus mit mehreren Essbereichen (Schwimmbad und Balkon und Innenbereich) Eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Der Pool war sehr schön und groß, auch für Wasserball, Volleyball usw. geeignet. Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss, aber nicht im Erdgeschoss, was bei dem extrem warmen Wetter sicherlich fehlte. Die Fahrt mit dem Auto zu verschiedenen Stränden dauerte ca. 10 Minuten, manchmal war es schwierig, Parkplätze zu finden. Schöne Strände und Gegenden und viele Restaurants. Eine ruhige Gegend, einige Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber nachts ruhig. Es ist auch sehr schön, eine Waschmaschine zu haben, die zu Hause Wäsche spart. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Haus weiterempfehlen!

Leider entsprach dieses Haus entgegen den Fotos und der Beschreibung nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Auto durfte nicht in die Einfahrt fahren, da die Gefahr bestand, dass sich der Beton verschieben könnte (????!!!). Das Haus ist voller Risse, Fensterläden, die nicht schließen (schief), Türen, die klemmen. Wir fühlten uns nicht wohl und beschlossen, einen anderen Ort zu suchen. Beim Heruntertragen der Koffer (4 Außentreppen) sind Fliesen auf der Treppe kaputt gegangen und mein Mann hat sich schwer verletzt.
Das Innere des Hauses war etwas veraltet, aber in gutem Zustand. Lediglich der Herd erforderte etwas Geduld, es dauerte sehr lange, bis es warm bzw. heiß wurde.
Unserer Meinung nach bedarf dieses Haus einer weiteren Inspektion, um den Urlaubsgästen einen sicheren und ruhigen Aufenthalt zu bieten.
