We offer a freestanding new building in Ibiza style with 170sqm living space and a plot size of 1500sqm.

In the wings left and right there are a total of 3 double bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom. Living room and all 3 bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace with pool via sliding glass doors. This brings a lot of light and ensures a feel-good atmosphere.
The large solid wood table for 6 people opposite and 2 modern 3 seater sofas in the spacious living room area provide comfortable facilities for a social get-together.
