Cancellation policy
After the confirmation of the booking, a deposit payment of 25% of the total price becomes due immediately. The remaining amount becomes due, when it is definite that your travels take place as booked. It has to be paid at the latest 4 weeks before departure. The money needs to be transferred to our bank account. In case you’ve changed your mind about the booking, that’s no problem. In this case, please instantly cancel your booking. A cancellation until 3 months before departure is possible and free of charges. After your booking, we reserve the accommodation for you. As soon as you make the deposit payment, the booking gets binding. If the deposit is not transferred on time, we assume you do not come and reserve us to right to rent the apartment to someone else.
We have some more questions for you: When are you going to arrive at the apartment? What airline are you arriving with? In case you want to be picked up from the airport, just let me know and I will arrange a taxi for you. It will cost you 550 Seychelles Rupees (about 35 Euros) – paid directly to the driver. Sending you a taxi to pick you up at the airport is the best way to get to the accommodation safely and comfortably. Our accommodations are not easy to find and other drivers might not find them.

As a dive centre, we offer courses for beginners as well as dives and dive packages for experienced divers. We also offer trips with our charter boat „Dalon“ around Mahé. Therefor we need a certain number of passengers, to keep the costs as low as possible. Our range of services also comprises trips to the other islands, the booking of your flights (I am an Emirates Agent) and much more. Please inquire separately, if you are interested in any of these services.
Holiday destination
Our guests are welcome to stroll through the nice garden with its many fruit trees (including mango, papaya, banana, star fruit etc.) and they are free to pick and eat them of course. You can also find some small tortoises in the garden. The house is located about 5 to 10 walking minutes away from the Beau Vallon Bay. Grocery stores as well as restaurants are in about 600 metres distance from the apartment house.
Getting there
You arrive at the international airport of Mahé, Seychelles. The travel time to the Beau Vallon Bay area is about 35 minutes. I can send you a taxi to pick you up if you wish. In case you want to get to the accommodation by yourself, just let me know and I will send you a route description, because it is not easy to find. Therefor please send me your e-mail address. In case you don’t find the accommodation straightaway, you can pass by the dive centre „Ocean Dream Divers“, which is located directly on Beau Vallon Beach. The staff members will help you out. Sending you a taxi to pick you up at the airport is the best way to get to the accommodation safely and comfortably. It will cost you 550 Seychelles Rupees – paid directly to the driver.
