This luxury villa could be described as spectacular. The house features a beautiful spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped with more than a complete inventory. A lovely semi-open staircase in the living room leads you to the mezzanine on the first floor, where you will find the other two bedrooms and a second bathroom. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a toilet.
Vacation home 't Vosje is about a 2 to 3-minute walk from the parking area of Zeewaard Park. The park is car-free, and the house can only be reached on foot. At the parking lot, you will find two carts for your luggage.

Cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees are then due:
- Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or if the trip is not commenced: the entire rental price
