Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

This house is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by mountains, but at the same time, only 1.3 km from Mancor de la Vall. You will find the basic services at the village. Supermarkets, shops and a variety of restaurants can be found in the city of Inca. The house is the ideal starting point for cyclists and hikers.
The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, 26 km from the property, where apart from the sea and the sun you can practise water sports or enjoy the night life. If you like golf, the nearest course is in Pollensa, 26.3 km from the house.

Die Finca liegt wunderschön am Fusse des Tramuntana Gebirges. Hier herrscht Ruhe vor dem Massenturismus und man kann entspannen, am Pool liegen und sonnbaden!
Es hatte viele Schafe auf den Weiden, welche die Finca umgeben. Die haben manchmal ziemlich laut geblöckt, war für uns aber nicht weiter störend. Die Lage der Villa liegt sehr zentral und man erreicht fast alle Plätze auf der ganzen Insel in einer guten Stunde.
Der einzige Punkt, den wir (4 Personen) klar bennen müssen ist, dass es irgendwelche Tierchen in gewissen Bettern exitieren. Ich und eine andere Person sind jetzt, am Ende des Urlaubs, ziemlich gekennzeichnet. Da müsste man unbedingt Massnahmen ergreifen!
Ansonsten empfehlen wir die Unterkunft in allen Bereichen.
