Our newly built non-smoking holiday home is the perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday by the Sea.
Enjoy the benefits of your privacy. The modern and upscale equipment leaves nothing to be desired: on approximately 95sqm you live with max. 4 persons (plus 1 infant in extra baby bed) very comfortable on 2 floors. The two single beds in the second bedroom can be pushed together if necessary to a double bed (180x200 cm). The master bedroom would also accommodate an extra baby bed (60x120 cm, this we provide you if needed).
The enclosed garden area offers a furnished terrace, a shady pergola and a saltwater pool (about 8m x 2,60m / with solar outdoor shower) and an electric grill.
The beach is only 700 meters away from our holiday home (10 minutes by foot or 4 minutes by bike).
It is ideal for families with children as the beach slopes flat into the Sea.

The beautiful coastal town of Peroj (about 1,000 inhabitants) has preserved its authentic, Istrian village character.
Away from the hustle and bustle you will find here the small village shops, such as the food market "Miracolo", a bakery / vegetable and fruit shop and a pizzeria & grill. The long pebble beaches of Peroj fall flat into the Sea, making them ideal for families with children. There is a new beach promenade with several small beach bars, changing rooms, showers, toilet houses and free parking.
But also on foot or by bike, the beach is easily accessible from the house.
At the bike rental "Bike Peroj" (about 200 meters away in the neighborhood), you can rent bicycles for your vacation when needed.
In the picturesque fishing village Fazana 2,5km away there is "more action" and a large selection of restaurants, beach bars, events and great excursions. Also here you will find the supermarket Plodine, the post office, banks, the tourist office and doctors.
The largest city of Istria, Pula, is only 10 km away and is not only suitable for shopping (Pula City Mall, Lidl, Billa, Interspar, Kaufland, dm, Müller, etc.). Especially culturally, this historic city with its imposing amphitheater is an absolute MUST.

By car:
Take exit Vodnjan. From there it is only about 4 km to Peroj. Continue towards Fazana / Brijuni National Park following the signs for "Hotel Letan" (in Peroj).

In the summer there are direct flights to Pula from D, A and CH (for example with Lufthansa, RyanAir, Swiss, Edelweiss, Croatia Airlines and many more), flight time approximately 1.15 h., Rental car from Pula airport.

Bei Stornierungen, bei denen der vom Mieter gebuchte Reisetermin nicht anderweitig von einem anderen Gast gebucht wird sowie bei kurzfristigen Stornierungen 21 bis 0 Tage vor der gebuchten Anreise, behält sich der Eigentümer das Recht vor, die Zahlungen des Mieters einzubehalten.
