Our holiday home, located just 400m from the old town and dating back to the 80s, accommodates up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, it features a spacious living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a tub, and a separate toilet. The upper floor houses 2 bedrooms, a shower room, and – on the open mezzanine – two additional sleeping options. From the dining area, you can access the rear garden – a perfect retreat or a spot for playing table tennis. The generous, covered terrace leads from the kitchen and living area to the south-facing, expansive garden, where, amidst shady spots, you'll also find the pool.
For relaxation, garden furniture is available, and the outdoor fireplace is perfect for barbecuing.
In the immediate vicinity live our friends Evelyne and Pierre, who our guests can always feel free to approach with any questions. Moreover, they always have great tips for activities in and around Carpentras and they even speak German!

Right at the back of the house is the Canal du Carpentras; nearby is the enchanting, shady city park Berges de l'Auzon with a small waterfall.
A variety of Provençal markets: Bedoin, Vaison la Romaine, Isle sur la Sorgue, etc.
Beautiful, flat cycling paths: Via Venaissia (a former, developed railway track from Jonquieres to Carpentras and on to Pernes-les-Fontaines) or along the Canal du Carpentras (from Mallemort through Pernes-les-Fontaines and Carpentras to the vineyards of Gigondas) through picturesque landscapes, villages and past numerous sights.
Guided excursions: to small regional winemakers, to Marseille or "just" through Carpentras.
Recommended: Walking through the water-bearing Toulourenc in the gorge of the same name.
The historic, picturesque, and traffic-calmed city center of Carpentras with its synagogue and St. Siffrein Cathedral is characterized by small galleries, street cafes, scenic squares, fountains, and beautiful shops. From the mountains to the sea, you can undertake a variety of excursions from here (e.g., Mont Ventoux, Gorge du Toulourenc, Carmarque) or visit beautiful villages and interesting cities: Avignon, Bedoin, Orange, Isle-sur-la-Sorgues, Sault, Nyons, Pernes-les-Fontaines...
The easiest way to get there is by car or by train (for example, the TGV takes just 7 hours to go directly from Frankfurt/Main to Avignon).
Nearest airports: Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes (63 km), Marseille Provence (72km).
Various car rental agencies are located both at the TGV station in Avignon and at the airports (advance booking recommended).
A private pick-up service in Avignon or at one of the airports is also possible upon request.

Der unbeheizte Pool ist in der Regel zwischen Mitte/Ende Mai und Anfang/Mitte Oktober nutzbar.
Der Pool kurz vor Abschluss des Aufenthalts einmalig grundgereinigt, dafür werden 60 €uro berechnet.
Die Wasserqualität wird wöchentlich (i.d.R. dienstags) überprüft, der Boden dabei gereinigt.
Optional (Aufenthalt von > 3 Wochen): kostenpflichtige Zwischenreinigungen möglich (Haus bzw. Pool).
Bei Nutzung der Klimaanlage können Verbrauchskosten entstehen, die ggf. gesondert abgerechnet werden
Bei längerem Aufenthalt (Heizperiode) behalten wir uns vor, Nebenkosten nach Verbrauch abzurechnen.
Die o.g. zusätzlichen Kosten für mitgebrachte Hunde werden pro Tier/Aufenthalt mit 25 € berechnet...
... ferner wird ggf. der "Hundezuschlag" pro Monat berechnet.
