Cancellation policy
We recommend that you take out a valid travel and cancellation insurance policy, as well as liability insurance. Any risks and costs associated with a cancellation will be borne by the renter.
A trip cancellation is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation can only be made in writing. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees are then due:
- Up to the 91st day before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or in case of no-show: the full rental price

The apartment is located near the center of Callantsoog, one of the oldest and most beautiful places in the country with a cozy center. Here, there are many shops, terraces, and restaurants. Most shops are open all year round, creating a lovely atmosphere. Some of the five existing beach pavilions are open throughout the year. Here, after a refreshing walk on the beach, it's also nice and warm in the winter, especially with a cup of hot chocolate or coffee.
