Cancellation policy
We recommend that you take out a valid travel and cancellation insurance policy, as well as liability insurance. Any risks and costs associated with a cancellation will be borne by the renter.
Cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees will then be due:
- Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or in case of no-show: the entire rental price
